Just check the “I have a promo code” box in your cart and paste the discount code. We’ll send you a discount code after every successful order—it becomes valid once the 30-day return period ends. You’ll find the code in your email or in your Queens profile. Keep in mind: the code is valid for 180 days and it can be used for up to 30% off the total value of your next order.
How to become a VIP member?
Spend over €200 within a year at Queens Fam and you’ll automatically become a VIP member. Check your profile to see how close you are to unlocking VIP status!
Can I combine the discount code with another one?
You can combine discount codes from orders with gift vouchers and use them on discounted items. However, they cannot be combined with other codes or vouchers that offer percentage-based discounts. If you’d like to apply multiple codes with fixed discount values to a single order, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
